Hello, I’m Soraya
I am Soraya, a Light Worker, Soul Transformation Therapist, Reiki Master, ME/CFS Warrior and The Facilitator and Creator of The Goddess Illumination Circle. I am here to guide women into an experience like no other. You will embark on a journey into a Sacred Wonderland where you will discover your innate magical essence through spirituality, connection, fun and play. Here, the possibilities are infinite and the magic of YOU can be unveiled. If you want to illuminate your true, fearless self so that you can step into your power, embody your authentic expression and live a tantalising life then you are in the right place.
You see, like Alice in Wonderland I too was once stuck in the rabbit hole unable to find my way out or express who I was. Running into dead ends in the constantly changing game of expectations, I was operating from a place of people pleasing, constantly in a state of confusion as the toxic relationships in my early childhood set up a false sense of safety that ultimately led me to detach from my emotions so I didn’t get my head lopped off. I wanted to escape my life, I didn’t want to have to feel pain, disappointment, failure, bullying, or the responsibility for others mistakes and judgements anymore. I even got to the point where I questioned “what was the point of me being alive?”
I felt like I was trying so hard and nothing was working. It was heart crippling. All the trauma and stress began to manifest into an “invisible” physical illness. I was at my breaking point carrying the burden of taking care of everyone else due to lack of boundaries and my own co-dependency issues and too fearful to express my own suffering. I was diagnosed with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Polyarthralgia, deeply depressed, and had perfected the mask of “feeling fine” even though it took everything I had just to get up and function every day.
It was until I couldn’t cope anymore and I sought help, that someone actually saw me, listened to me, and witnessed what I had to share and took the time to hold a safe space for ME emotionally. She gave me the strength to see that someone actually cared about me. It was an unsteady improvement but my husband also noticed and helped me understand and feel my worth. I was then slowly able to reach out further within my circle to ask for and accept help. It was then, and then reconnecting to my creative imagination, and the awareness that I had to reawaken my emotional body that I was able to see the light that guided me out of the dark tunnels.
I am happy to share – that today I have the confidence to unmute myself, take accountability for my own healing and face the wounds knowing that I CAN overcome anything and embody the tools necessary, to navigate my own authentic expression through this gift called life.

Goddess Illumination Circle
The Goddess Illumination Circle is a sacred wonderland where the possibilities are infinite and the magic of you and your fellow goddesses are unveiled. You are being called to the circle. One of many that have been taking place over for thousands of years.
This circle was birthed to assist women in stepping into their goddess power to be their most authentic and unapologetic versions of themselves through feminine connection, play, bonding, fun and spirituality without judgement. It is a spiritual container where you will be honoured as the goddess you are while being compassionately and respectfully supported to step into your bravery, step out of your comfort zone and break through inner barriers.
This is a space for goddesses like you. It is time to drop your mask. It is a space to be seen, heard and held. Together we will submit to our true feminine essence, share our life stories, experience emotional healing and release, break through blocks, set positive intentions and harness the loving power of the sacred circle to embrace healing and heart connections.
The Goddess Illumination Circle is in South Norwood, London from 7-9pm monthly. Please bring a journal, a pen and a bottle of water, beverages can also be bought at the bar but please refrain from buying alcoholic beverages until after the circle.
